legacy within ©

This is an experiential workshop for men and women aged 45-50+ that will enable them to reflect on how their lives are evolving and provide them with new insights and vitality for increased joy, fulfillment and contribution.

This transformational workshop allows individuals the time to examine the impact that they are making in the home, in the workplace, and in their communities. This investment of time has been designed in order for participants to make a critical and defining reflection of their lives and, perhaps, reset the choices they are making. Participants will refresh, re-charter, and share their purpose, path, and works thus creating their legacy.

"Attending Legacy Within was like a special gift. It provided me with a challenging opportunity to think through and commit to my long term direction for what I want to accomplish professionally and personally--to define the legacy I hope to create in both arenas."

Discovering/Reflecting on Today
Participants get the chance to pause and reflect on where they are in their lives today. What they've accomplished, what they stand for, and the qualities they seek in themselves and others.

Laws of Attraction
Participants look at what they are attracting to their lives today, what's good and what they'd like to change, and are given tools to aid in attracting more positive and desired outcomes in their lives.

Relationships with Oneself and Others
Using our proprietary 3T model, participants look at the key relationships in their lives, including the one they have with themselves, and determine the impact these relationships are having on their well-being and the well-being of those around them. They are also given the chance to find out what they mean to those closest to them.

The Power of Judgment
Participants explore the impact on their life that comes from the constant judgment of oneself and of others; i.e. self-esteem, joy, wellness, the power and willingness to act.

Socialization – Otherness – Spiritual Belief Systems
Participants learn that they were socialized to believe certain things to be true. They have a chance to examine those beliefs and rewrite them for the rest of their lives. Prejudices, otherness, and spiritual belief systems are addressed and re-scripted to achieve individual and collective breakthrough on diversity.

Compelled to Act
Participants have the opportunity to explore where they are making a difference in their families, community and world. Time is provided to examine some of the issues that are facing our world today, such as hunger, poverty, war, illiteracy, illness, and others and hear about people who are making a difference in those issues. Individuals will have the opportunity to reflect on how, where, or if they might like to make a difference.

Living Centered
Participants discover what it takes to truly live a centered life; by eliminating misalignments and unnecessary stress, they can show up as their best selves' everyday!

Understanding and Expanding One's Legacy
At the close of the program, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the legacy they have created to date, and look at how they will build on that legacy. How they want to show up in their lives and the lives of those around them going forward.
